International Women's Day           ·           Women's History Month 2026

When We Give,

We All Rise.

Across every border, every time zone, every story — women are holding the world together in uncertain times. This March, we honor that strength. And we ask something powerful of each other.

International Women's Day Theme 2026: Give to Gain

Give Space. Give Platform. Give Voice.
Gain Support. Gain Trust. Rise Together.

This year's theme, #GiveToGain, is more than a hashtag — it's a compass. In a world where uncertainty is loud and trust is fragile, the most powerful thing any of us can do is intentionally create room for perspectives that haven't yet had a seat at the table. Not because we're told to. Because it's how we move forward — together, stronger, with every voice counted and every leader seen.

01

Give

Space at the Table

Gain

Broader thinking & richer solutions

When we widen the circle — deliberately pulling in voices from different backgrounds, generations, and lived experiences — we stop solving the same problems the same way and start finding answers that actually hold.

02

Give

Platform & Visibility

Gain

Engagement & collective momentum

Amplifying someone else doesn't quiet your own voice — it multiplies it. When we champion those working without a spotlight, we build a community that shows up for each other, every time.

03

Give

Voice to the Unheard

Gain

Trust & a level playing field

In a frightening global moment, silence from those with influence is felt deeply by those without it. Speaking up — and creating conditions where everyone can — is what courageous, sustainable leadership looks like.

"We are a global community, and right now the world needs leaders who understand that a level playing field isn't a threat — it's the foundation every lasting structure is built on."

We are a global organization — rooted in the U.S.A. and South Africa, connected across every continent. We see what is happening in the world. We will not look away. Women's History Month is not only a celebration — it is a commitment to keep showing up, especially when it is hard.
